I am both a Realtor and Certified Professional Landman through the American Association of Petroleum Landmen. I have been in the land development business since 2002. I began surveying in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and moved to Tyler to pursue a degree in Surveying and Mapping, while working as a surveyor for a local engineering firm. I was elected Surveying Class President and received a scholarship from Bucher, Willis and Ratliff, while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying and Mapping from The University of Texas at Tyler. I took a job as a landman buying and negotiating right of way, easements, mineral leases and property damages.
I received my real estate license in March of 2009. Since that time I have been diligently working with family, friends and clients to assist them with buying or selling their homes, farm & ranch properties, acreage, lots and commercial property. I am confident I will be a valuable asset to you in helping you find just the right property or getting your property sold.
I am a managing partner of K and M Resources of which I co-founded in 2011. We are a full service professional land firm. I have contracted services to large and small exploration companies throughout the state Texas and surrounding states. While working as a landman I have completed title from sovereignty to present day, cured title and leased some of the most complex tracts of land in the state of Texas.
I believe that with all of my experience in both surveying, real estate, curative work on titles and being active in the oil and gas industry, I bring to the table a wealth of experience that very few other agents can offer. Contact me and let me help you through whatever real estate transaction you want to be involved in.
